租到房子之前在這裡住了半個月，很漂亮的汽車旅館，傳統風格的小房子，我們住的一臥室公寓，房間不大，但是帶一個小廚房，平時煮點麵什麼的挺方便。離highett地鐵站走路十分鐘，這一條路上就有很多的餐廳，挺方便的。院子裡可以停車，好像還有車供出租。

Dear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. It was evident that the cleaning staff did not perform a thorough job, as there was dust and dirt left unaddressed. Secondly, I noticed that the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished, which caused inconvenience during my stay. Lastly, I found my clothes placed on the floor, which I found disrespectful and unacceptable. These issues significantly impacted my experience, and I believe it is essential for your team to address them in order to enhance guest satisfaction in the future. This motel looks good. It was clean and reasonably modern. Unfortunately our room was at the front and had some road noise and the wind was whistling and buffeting on the glass. Otherwise it's an okay motel with small rooms

The Best Western Plus Buckingham International was very nice. Located out of the City in the suburbs but within walking distance to local shops, train station and a large shopping mall 5 mins drive away. There is still some sort of construction going on but I didn’t hear any noise as I was out all day. I didn’t try the restaurant or pool. Reception is currently operating from a ground floor room instead of its original location. One thing though, the phone in my room and the safe did not work. If you plan to use these I’d suggest you check them at the beginning of your stay and talk to the staff. The staff were great. I’d stay there again.
